OCC does not offer legal advice, but can refer excellent attorneys for your specific situation, if needed.  That said, we have a firm grounding in the principles of construction law.  We honestly review the strengths/weaknesses of your case, and confidently assert the appropriate contractual arguments at hand.  When necessary, we carefully advise clients that our expert opinion will not support the causes they expect to put forth.
